Ten weeks. Ten meetings.
Small groups. Heart-centered process work. Together.
At Good Grief Network, we provide social and emotional support to people who feel concerned about the state of the world, and want to process these thoughts and feelings in community.
Our unique 10-Step Program helps individuals build personal resilience and empowerment while strengthening community ties and transforming despair and eco-anxiety into joy and meaningful action.
Our 10-Step meetings provide fertile ground where innovative visioning, practical skills, and supportive community intersect. Our distinct and decentralized step-process creates space to be vulnerable, explore our unique gifts, and heal, so that we may reorient our lives toward joy, service, and action at a time when action is essential.
Grief is not a problem to be solved, not a condition to be medicated, but a deep encounter with an essential experience of being human.

Digital 10-Step Meetings
Dire and distant times call for digital meetings.
As the COVID-19 pandemic drives our global community further apart, we must resist isolation and seek out channels for connection.
At Good Grief Network, we continue to adapt our program to uncertain times and digital spaces; this work calls us now, more than ever before.
We are now hosting 10-Step meetings on Zoom. These digital meetings follow the same format as our in-person meetings, and allow for a wider range of participation from folks across different continents and time zones.

What folks say about facilitating the 10-Steps...
The sacred space of the Good Grief circle is where I began to remember how to listen for my own voice and trust my power, as I learned how to hold space for the yearnings, fears and sorrows, and deep wounds of others. It is the only community where I have felt truly safe to face the immense trauma that has rooted into our way of life, and into my own heart, mind, and body.
